8th Annual Halloween Havoc, Lake Ronkonkoma
The original and still the best Halloween 8th Annual Halloween Havoc Fastpitch Tournament. Games will be played in and around the Town of Brookhaven, Long Island NY. We will be using several fields with lights so there is the possibility of night games on Saturday Night, local teams may play a game Friday Night under the lights. If your team is from out of the area we have discounted group hotel rooms available, please contact us for details. As always, we will break each division into a gold and silver division for Sunday Playoffs based on their Saturday records provided their are sufficient teams in each age group. This year, our tournament will be a PONY Invitational Tournament. Teams will need to register with PONY for the 2015 season to play in the event. Entry fee includes: - Game Balls - 2 Umpires Per Game - 3 Umpires for all Semi Final and Final Games - Awards for Champions and Tournament Finalists Why come out and play? 1.) Our organization has over 10 years experience is running successful events of all sizes, we understand what it takes to run a successful event and we understand what your team expects and deserves from a tournament. 2.) Each tournament location is staffed by friendly, experienced and knowledgeable staff, there to answer all questions and manage the tournament at your location. 3.) We use only trained fastpitch officials to umpire our games. You will never see a slowpitch official on the field at our event, the girls do not deserve that! 4.) We have umpire(s) in chief available throughout the tournament to answer any and all rule questions and deal with any issues involving umpires.
